Refund policy

All jewelry is final sale. If your pieces arrive damaged, please contact beigeclay@outlook.com for the proper return and refund procedures. If your jewelry becomes damaged or broken due to a manufacturing issue within the first week of ownership, please contact beigeclay@outlook.com for a replacement. If for any reason your package can not be delivered and is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the shipment fee to resend. 

Beige Clay Co  is not responsible for any duties/customs fees due at delivery.
