All jewellery is final sale. If your pieces arrive damaged, please contact email@example.com for the proper return and refund procedures. If your jewellery becomes damaged or broken due to a manufacturing issue within the first week of ownership, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement. If for any reason your package can not be delivered and is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the shipment fee to resend.
